We had the pleasure of going to Cape Dorset March 29 to April 1, 2016.
We met so many amazing children and youth! The highlights were many but we really want to give a big shout out to the students, parents and guardians and staff from both Peter Pitseolak High School and Sam Pudlat Elementary School.
Since the fall, Cape Dorset’s elementary and high school staff and students have been sharing use of the elementary school by attending in shifts. Spending time with both schools and experiencing first-hand the challenges that are faced in sharing a school was humbling. Much respect goes out to all involved
