David and Jeff spent a week in Kinngait (Cape Dorset) running the Raise Your Voice: Self-Advocacy Workshop in the schools. They battled near blizzard conditions all week walking through town. One of the highlights was providing food supplies to make pizzas with young people at the youth centre. David and Jeff were also excited to be able to leave their handprints on the wall where others had. The youth drop in-pop and talk is a great mental health event held every second Thursday to give youth a space to speak about their issues in a safe and supported place.
